1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Kentucky Strong website, submitting an application, or participating in the Women’s Leadership Training (“Program”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not participate in the Program.
2. Purpose of the Program
The Women’s Leadership Training provides professional development, skills training, and educational resources for women interested in leadership roles in public service, community engagement, or civic participation. The Program is educational in nature and does not guarantee future employment, candidacy, or election outcomes.
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Submit accurate and complete application information
Meet any additional criteria outlined in the application materials
Kentucky Strong reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its discretion.
4. Program Content
Program sessions may include workshops, presentations, mentorship opportunities, and training materials. Kentucky Strong may modify, update, or adjust Program content at any time.
All Program materials, including presentations, documents, videos, and digital content are the property of Kentucky Strong and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:
Engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow participants
Follow all Program guidelines and instructions
Maintain confidentiality when requested
Use Program resources responsibly
Kentucky Strong may remove participants who violate these expectations.
6. No Legal, Financial, or Campaign Advice
Program content is educational and informational. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for seeking their own legal or professional counsel for matters related to employment, public service, or campaign activity.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Information submitted through the application or during participation may be used for Program administration, communication, and evaluation. Kentucky Strong’s Privacy Policy governs how personal information is collected, stored, and used.
Kentucky Strong does not sell participant information.
8. Media & Communications
By participating, you grant Kentucky Strong permission to use non‑sensitive photos, testimonials, or Program‑related content for informational or promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
9. Third‑Party Links & Resources
The Program may reference external resources or websites. Kentucky Strong is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kentucky Strong is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses arising from participation in the Program
Actions taken based on Program content
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
11. Modifications to Terms
Kentucky Strong may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
